I am a national of Kosovo and live there too, my wife is also originally from Kosovo but is a British citizen and lives in the U.K.
We are in the process to start my spouse visa to apply under CAT A but are waiting for the month of November to be over as that is when my wife will receive her 6th month payslip. On the 29th of October 2018, my wife noticed that she still had not been paid for the month of September and e-mailed her employer's to tell them

My wife had to go on a business trip the day after and spoke to her employers after she got back to tell them that she was paid an additional £1450. She was told that as well as being paid for the month of September she was also paid for the month of October. (But the month of October was still not over as there were 3 days left) and normally you are supposed to be paid the next month for the previous month right? Obviously this wouldn't be a problem if we weren't applying for the visa but it actually is?
Can anyone advise on what her options are here please? I was thinking this..
1. Transfer money back to employer today and tell them to transfer it back to my wife so it shows it did include the full month of October. Then include an explanation letter from both my wife and her employer with the visa application stating it was a mistake?..
2. I actually don't know!?
Thank you guys!
