Hi,

Apologies if my question is lazy one..

I am on ILR since 2017 April via Tier-2. Got wife on PBS dependent and ready to apply for ILR on 5 year basis.
Got 1 yr old son, which i apply for Child benefit. Is this problem now for using public fund?

If you are claiming in your name as the ILR holder then there is no issue.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
