I am looking to get some advice with regards to my spouse visa and child's right of abode/certificate of entitlement. Based on my research please can anyone of the expert confirm the below:
I am a British citizen.I came back to UK in August,2018 and started a new job in October,2018. My annual gross salary is 57K i.e. 4750 GBP per month.
In 4 months times, in total, I would have earned 19k which is probably what I need if I apply for my spouse using Category B. Is this correct? Or do I really need to have 12 months payslips?
I also have a son who is 3 months old and based on my citizenship (naturalisation) I am planning to get right of abode on his Pakistani passport.
So for category B, do I need to add the financial requirement for a child too? (Which makes the required financial amount to 22,400)
Also what is the best way to apply for my spouse visa and my child's certificate of entitlement on his Pakistani passport. Should I apply for them one by one or at the same time? Does it really matter?
Thanks,
Hammad.
