Need settlement advise for my mum!

Post by VJK » Thu Nov 15, 2018 2:18 pm

Hello- i recently lost my dad to cancer. Now there's nobody with my Mum in India and I am keen to bring her over to the UK to stay with us. Any advice on how I can make it possible will be really helpful. I live here on ILR visa and my mum is 60 years old.

Virtually impossible visa to get since the rules were made more tough and difficult in July 2012 and if you take the risk to apply and it is refused, it shuts the door to any future visitor visas. The UK does not support family chain migration.
