Legal Stay after AR Refusal

Hi Gurus & Members,

I have a question after AR refusal do we straight away get overstayer on the day of AR refusal, or is there any time frame after AR refusal where we have a legal stay and our 3C is valid until how many days of AR refusal.

Your section 3C ends when AR is refused.

You will be an overstayer from the date of the AR refusal decision.

Sorry for posting question in this Topic,

What if we apply for a new Application after AR Refusal within 7/14 Days, are we still considered Overstayer ? or our Section 3C Will be intact, until a decision is been made on the 2nd Applicaiton?

No. Section 3C ends if you put in a new application or when AR is refused.
