TIER 2 PBS DEPENDANT VISA RENEWAL OF MIGRANT WHO IS A BRITISH CITIZEN

I was wondering if somebody could offer some advise on the below topic.

My wife is on a Tier 2 PBS Dependent visa which is due to expire in Jan 2019. She came to the country as a Tier 2 dependant while I was on a Tier 2 general visa but I have since got my citizenship. I am looking to renew her visa this month however, while there is more than £630 in her bank account, this has however not been maintained consistently for a consecutive period of 90 days (where on a couple of days it has gone slightly below £630). Additionally she is employed and her employer has provided a letter confirming her permanent employment with her remuneration mentioned.

My questions are

Can I apply for her Tier 2 extension using my bank statements (which is not a joint account) as she is my dependant?

Is there anything else we can do / supply any other document that will help with the application.

You can use EITHER account or your account only. There is no rule that it must be her account only.

Her employment and letter is irrelevant.
