Hi,

My partner has recently extended leave to remain 2.5 years and has a UK biometric card.

Wishes to visit india and see family what is the maximum time she can visit india? Looking to go abroad for approx 2 months.

Also for visiting europe what type of visa is required?

What is your UK Immigration status? What category did your wife apply under (PBS dependent, spouse or partner of a person settled in the UK, etc)?

Also for visiting europe what type of visa is required?

The relevant tourism visa for the country/ies that she wants to visit (most likely Schengen, but some EU countries are not yet part of Schengen, such as Cyprus).

No absence limit on spouse visa but too much absence might affect extension
