Converting Tier 2 ICT visa to Tier 2 dependant visa

Hi,

I and my husband have come to UK with Tier 2 ICT visa. My kids have my dependent visas. In case I and my kids want to transfer to My husband's dependent visa do we need to go to home country or we can do it from UK itself? Also can you please tell me how long it will take?
