Dependency Visas

Good Day

My ex wife holds a British passport through decent (her father is British) and she is currently resident in South Africa. She has received a job offer in Scotland as a teacher from next year and my 9 year old son will go with her with my consent. What Visa should I apply for? Would she have to meet the income requirements etc?

Please advise its pretty confusing.

Child settlement visa.

Possibly yes re financial.

She might also be asked to prove sole responsibility.
