Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR Extension
Which is it?? Tier 1 extension OR ILR?? There is no 'tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR extension' visa. It is one or the other.

Thought you applied to vary your extension app to ILR Long Residence in September???

Since immigration rules is about creating jobs, as long as the job continues to exist, it should be possible.

Not sure, what you mean by how to claim. You provide all of the normal evidence required. If the employee is not being paid, payslips and RTI should still be presented.
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.
