Who is applying for FLR LR as your previous posts are regarding Set LR for your children??

There is no same day decision service anymore, it closes on Thursday.

So, what about 24 hrs with FLR (LR) in UKVCAS Super Priority Service is it available please for FLR (LR)

FLR LR does not give them ILR, it is a further 2 year visa.
