Going with new sponsor with reduction in salary

Hi,

I have been working in the UK in Tier-2 General visa for the last 4 years.I have worked in a company(Company-A) from 2014 for one year and I joined another company in 2015. Now, my current sponsor lost some projects and I would like to swith my company. I have found an opening in my previous sponsor company(company -A), where I worked 3 years before. If they issue a COS, will my Tier-2 general visa get approved? Will it affect my ILR continuity?

Hi,

I have been working in the UK in Tier2General visa for the last 4.5+ years, ILR due in April 2019. My current company lost projects from clients. So, I decided to move to a new sponsor. If I change my sponsor now(Nov 2018) and apply for my ILR in Apr 2019, will it affect my ILR?

I was on 60K salary with Manager position in company A, but now I am moving as Engineer in Company B with 42K salary, and I am due for PR in next year, my new sponsor saying my VISA application may be put on hold as I am applyying for lower role and lower salary, do you think it will affect my VISA and my next year's ILR?
