Tier2 delays and extreme circumstances

Please help me, i have applied for my tier2 extension visa. Its 8+ weeks. More than the duration i am worried because while i was on uk on tier2. My 10 year uk multiple visit visa was revoked. But i dint mention that in my extension visa application form, because it wasnt asked. The questions were have you ever denied entry to uk or have your visa ever refused. So answer to these are No,
Anywas the point is that will this effect my tier2 extension visa application.
All the other information in my form are accurate. All the dates, my previous visits. Please help have i decepted any information. I applied on 25th sep, no reply yet.

Your visitor visa would have been cancelled automatically when tier 2 was issued as you can't hold two visa for the UK.
