Long Residence ILR with time on eea route

I have read some posts relating to my queries but slightly different so thought will ask.
In sept 2019 it would hve been 10 years for me in uk however from 2016 to 2019 i will be on family member of eu national (my wife).
I hve spoken with few people but different views whether i can take the long route for ilr. One lawyer actually said 3 year which i would hve spent on spouse visa (eu family member) will not be counted in 10 years. I just wanted to know whether this is correct coz alot of different view.

1. What is your full immigration history including all relevant dates?

2. What date and country did you marry?

3. What does your wife do in the UK, is she exercising treaty rights for the whole time you have been on the eea route?

4. What evidence do you have of your wife being a qualified person exercising treaty rights for the whole time you have been on the eea route?

4. All time spent legally in the UK counts for ILR based on long residence but to use eea time, you need to submit substantial evidence of your wife's circumstances.

1 year student visa.
2 years psw
1 year ( waiting for tier 1 visa n when the visa came it was not back dated )
3 year tier 1 entrepreniur
And by sept 2019 3 years on eea family member

Married in 2016 in uk

3. What does your wife do in the UK, is she exercising treaty rights for the whole time you have been on the eea route?
She is a permanent employee n working for the last 5 years. We hve all p60 n payslips.

You need more than P60s. You will need bank statements, payslips, tenancy agreements etc.
