FLR-M extension - Kid's passport expiry falls before visa validity

Hi all,

I tried in internet/google, however I couldn't find right information, so I post my query here.

- I plan to apply for FLR-M extension (for another 30 months) in Apr2019 for my Spouse and Child as their inital FLR-M visas are due to expire in June2019.
- My spouse passport is valid till Apr2022
- Our child's passport is valid till June2020. This is due to the initial "5 year grant" for Children by India gov.

Our child passport is due to expire in June2020 which falls well before the FLR-M Visa extension period of "30 months from Apr2019".

Will this affect my Spouse/Child FLR-M extension? Will they both get 30 months visa extension or till only to the validity of my Child's passport - June2020?

It would be great if you could provide answers / link to the details. Anyone had this situation?

No.

The get a BRP card and not a visa stuck in their passport.
