Hi there
I am now filing my ILR application on Tier 2 General as I have completed the 5 years of living in the UK(1st Aug 2013 to today(Dec 2018)) on Tier 2 VISA General along with my son and wife.
Please note we have our last leave to remain was granted in June 2018. The first Tier2 VISA was issued in June 2013 followed by leave to remain in oct 2014 with both my son and my wife as Tier 2 Dependents.
however, Earlier from Nov 2004 to Nov 2009 I lived in the UK as the Ph.D. student and earned the Ph.D. degree, then i went back to my country and after 1 year applied for post-study work VISA which was granted, hence I came back to the UK on post-study work VISA in April 2012 , but I got the job in Ireland and hence moved to the Republic of Ireland in May 2012.
in other words, before coming to the UK on Tier 2 VISA I was working in Ireland as Research Fellow( June 2012-June 2013), when I entered into the UK on tier2 VISA on 1st August 2013.
Please note I am making ILR application on continuous five years living on Tier 2 General VISA from 1st August 2013 till present. While filling the set O form, there is a requirement for the following :
For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.
What document should I provide? , as my ILR application is made on 5 continuous years on Tier 2 General VISA. Please comments.
regards
Nadeem
