New job after ILR

Post by Gokul123 » Tue Dec 11, 2018 11:47 am

Hi,

I got a new job offer. I haven't apply for my ILR yet but will be getting in next month.

When applying for ILR I need to get a statement from my current employer that my requirement is still needed for them.

Will there be any issue if I change job after getting ILR ?

Useful to state what visa route you are on!

No issue once you have ILR.

I strongly suggest you do not resign from your current job until you have ILR and your ILR BRP card.
