Does people with ILR need to become citizens by 2021

SO i was looking around the GOV.com and it says the residence cards will become invalid after december 2020. I have an indefinite leave to remain, residence permit. Will i be affected since i have a settlement status in the UK.

It ONLY applies to EU citizens and their family who hold PR under the EEA rules and NOT to ILR applied for under the UK Immigration rules!!!
