Thanks For the confirmation, which means IHS payment will be at the existing rate of £200 per year.

Can I ask you on which govt official site I can keep a check once they make new rate effective?
Will there be any advance notice ?

Simply keep checking google search for any updates, i.e. IHS fees or HO website.

Hi,

I just paid the IHS fees two days back, so can definitely confirm that currrently it is 200 pounds/ year

Hence, if you planning to pay do this quick.

Thanks, Das

My query is bit urgent

Thanks Buntydas,

I have started filling the form now.

My situation is my wife has applied for T2-G as main applicant from home country and she got T2GLeave to Enter and she is in UK now.

Currently, We all 4 are in UK and making application for 3 dependents within UK
Now I am filing application for T2G dependant to change my current T2-ICT(main applicant) and 2 kids (dependant on me as T2-ICT dependents) at the same time through the link

https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... nt-partner

But at the start of the application, I have query and it asks about the
"Which visa or permission to stay has Mrs xx applied for or been granted?
I was looking for T2G leave to enter but I dont see that in the list.

Could some one please suggest on this.

Thanks

Fine to select Tier 2 General (whatever the other options is which we cannot see on the online form).

Thanks CR0001..

That means Its perfectly okay to select Tier 2 (General) leave to remain if I don't see the exact Tier 2 (General) Leave to Enter option ?
Sorry, I am aware that I am rephrasing and repeating the same thing but want to make sure that I am selecting the right option.

Yes, should be fine as she has a BRP card with a valid Tier 2 visa. Likely a simply glitch in the system.

Thanks CR001

It would be interesting to know if someone else in similar situation like me, might have experienced the same issue earlier.
In the application will there be any free form text area available if I need to mention this or would it be advisable to notify this ?

Please ans another query -

Has Mrs xxx sponsor agreed to certify your maintenance?
As per the CoS, "Tick to certify maintenance for migrant (and dependants, if applicable): Y"
So does that mean I have to say 'Yes' and can produce the CoS (assigned on 1 Sep 2018) even if dependent applying after the main applicant already in UK.

Hi Neilin.
I am preparing for my and dependents tier 2 general extension and could not find Tier 2 General leave to enter option in the dropdown list. Hence I am selecting Tier 2 General leave to remain. I have come across a guidance from University of Edinburgh for T2G extension. They also suggested to use T2G leave to remain option. So I hope it will be ok.
Best of luck.

For the sake of others benefit I can confirm that it was £200 /year as the IHS fees, still the same till yesterday.

Thanks all
