Hello
I have a BRP based on my British daughter and I recently had a son but the father does not have anything as his last application in the home office was refused. He Applied for the FLR FP 2016
REFUSED OCTOBER 2017. I don't know the reasons but it was not based on my daughter.
He has been like a father to my 7year old British daughter, the school (he does the school runs because I have to work) the church, the GP and afterschool clubs all know him including the health visitors. We have discussed with them and they are willing to write support letters if need be. I am about to submit for a visa for our new born son but we want to do it at the same time as his father. Please I desperately need advice and an insight before I see any lawyer. If some lawyers sense you don't have knowledge of what is going on they tend to mislead which cost me 2years and overstaying before I was granted the Parent route 18months ago.
