Diploma of Higher Education to apply for tier 2 visa?

hello,
so I was studying Bachelors degree in the UK, long story short on my final year my visa is curtailed and I did not get my bachelors degree, what I will receive is Diploma of Higher Education as I have finished 2 years of the degree. the new expired date for my visa is mid February 2019.
I have found company that want to sponsor me with tier 2 visa to work with them. the question is with my Diploma of Higher education, am i eligible to apply for tier 2 visa if I have a sponsor?

Eligible qualifications for Tier 4 visa

You must have been sponsored by a licensed tier 4 sponsor to get one of the following qualifications:

a UK bachelors degree
a UK masters degree
a postgraduate certificate in education
a professional graduate diploma of education

You won't be able to switch within the UK. You might be able to apply from home country though if all the processes have been met.
