Dual Nationality and UK Citizenship

Hi Friends,

I am posting on the behalf of friend. Actually he has Pakistani and italian Nationality. He is living in UK since 2014.
Now he wants to apply UK Citizenship. He does not know the requirements and process for it.

Second he has 4 kids. All of them Born in Italy. They have italian Passport and Pakistani ID card.

What will be the process of kids UK citizenship?

He needs a Document Certifying PR before he can apply for citizenship and he has to have PR for 12 months before he can apply for citizenship. To apply for PR he must prove he was a qualified person for 5 years.
Second he has 4 kids. All of them Born in Italy. They have italian Passport and Pakistani ID card.
What will be the process of kids UK citizenship?
They also need PR and can only apply when either parent applies and the other parent holds PR or is settled.

You don't state where the other parent is or what the families full UK immigration history is.
