Hi,

I got ILR recently. My 2 year old daughter(UK born) and my wife are still on Tier 2 Dependent Visa valid May 2019. Can I now apply citizenship for my daughter using MN1 form filling online link

My wife has English degree outside UK, do she needs to prove English based study through sending documents to NARIC. If can someone help how to do that. She is now preparing for LIUK test. She is on Tier 2 dependent and completed 5 years with me but stayed outside UK more than 180 days. Please confirm whether she can apply ILR now?
