Spouse Visa Help required

hi,

being a British citizen i heart from many people i need following Documents for bring my Wife in UK.

i want to get Advise from Senior members in this Forum.


Spouse Visa Requirements

Proof of subsisting marriage (whatsup and any Correspondence between you and your wife.

Proof of travel to Pakistan ( Confused about this point if we are send Marriage photos as i travel in pakistan 6 month before i was stay there 6 month and after that i get married. so how my proof of travel will work.)

Tenancy agreement with surveyors report. ( Confused about this point as well i have own house in london so do i still need that SUREYORS REPORT..????? )

Sponsor’s declaration,

Proof of money you sending to your spouse, ( Confused about this point WE leave in joint family and my parents look after my wife so i dont send money to HER. as we just married few months ago.)

Self- employed person: tax returns, NI contribution, invoices, bank statement, accounts and accountant’s letter ( as im Self employed )
Earning requirement: £18600



English Language requirement: A-2 (for spouse visa as required by the Home office).
T.B test
family photographs
Marriage Certificate with English translation
Passport size photographs 2 for the applicant and 1 for the sponsor.
Original Passport of Applicant
Sponsor’s original passport ( Confused about this point im in UK so how can they apply visa in pakistan as i cant send my Original Passport in PAKISTAN by post Service. )

English Language requirement: A-1 (for spouse visa as required by the Home office).

your proof of travel can be the airline tickets, boarding cards and entry & exits stamps on passport. And if you own the house and no other non-related adults living there then there is no need of property inspection report at all. It is not mandatory to send money to partner living at abroad. Regarding self employment you will have to send a lot of documents for which you can search this forum.

Also don't be get confused as where the spouse visa will have to apply because its usually the sponsor apply online on behalf of its non-eu partner and then non-EU partner just enroll its biometrics at local vfs centre along with submitting them its passport. After biometrics the sponsor has to send all documents straight to Sheffield and you can send them your copy of original passport.

WHAT IF i have £30,000 /- more then 1 year in my Saving account did this make any help me during this application....

WHAT IF i have £30,000 /- more then 1 year in my Saving account did this make any help me during this application....

If you want to meet the financial requirements through savings only then she will need six months old at least £62500. And if not then you can't combine it with self employment to cover shortfall.
