Lost custody of my baby

Hi. I need some information about my friend. He marry to a british girl. But he is an illegal immigrant. He has a one baby as well. But unfortunately they start abusing substance and social involved so he has to send his kid to his mom on Guardian ship order. My question is can he still apply on basis of his kid. He still living happily with his wife. His mom does not live in uk or Europe.

If the child does not live in the uk, then no he cannot apply based on the child.

Hi. Croo1. Thanks. And another question, his wife can not work because she has some medical conditions. And she received PPI benefit. If her husband is a carer of her but not receive any carer allowance. Do he apply some other way.

Hi. I m writing new topic because old one was different title. Hi. Actually if I have a wife.she has some bipolar disease and she can not work and she is on disable benifit. And if I m an illegal immigrant. Can I get any sought of visa on basis of my wife. Thanks in advance.
