Hi All,
I am filling my Set O online form for ILR Under Tier 1 etrepreneur route and please help to on the below questions.
Evidence of your absence from the UK and Crown Dependencies . i was on holiday for one month in last year and one month year before , don ineed to declare this as absense ?
what evidence should i provide for this absense ?

I am Applying as a team and the form ask -
Start date as your entrepreneurial team member ? is this the date we have got the tier 1 initial visa or the date we have started the business ?

You need to state all absence as the form asks.

The guidelines states : you will not need to provide any specified evidence to support
this. so would that be ok if i sellect other and writes ' No evidence required under tier 1 Route .

I have a driving conviction , sp50 exceeding speed limit on a motorway , got 100 pound fine and 3 points in march 2017. i am applying my ILR in January 2019 . do i need to decalaare this under conviction and other penalty section ?will that affect the ILR ?

As per my knowledge no need to report speeding tickets & parking tickets unless you are banned from driving

If you are an entrepreneurial team you will be two directors in your company. Both you and your partner will be a director.
So why you are selecting “yes” to the above Q?

You should choose “no” as you are not the sole director and then add another director in the next question(which will be your other partner).

Wait for someone in a similar entrepreneurial team confirm this though e.g member rajrea

Dont get confused. It only means you have to mention your own details first there. And “add” your partners details in the next question where it tells you “do you want to add another director”

“sole” means ONE. Are you the only one i.e. sole director in your business??? Atleast thats my understanding

I did some google search:

“It is possible to have a single director who is also the sole member of a proprietary company. The sole director and member of a company is responsible for managing the company's business and may exercise all of the company's powers”


So basically a sole director is who is soley responsible for managing business and exercise all of companys powers.

Are you managing it alone?
