Fixed penalty notice. Naturalisation

Hi everyone
I would like to get an opinion on my situation
I have been in UK for past 16 years
During this time I had three fixed penalties
1. Talking on phone while driving in 2008
2. Twice exceed speeding. Both exceed about 12 miles in zone 30. Both back in 2012
Recently i had one in August 2018 in Germany.
All penalties were paid within the time with no problems at all.
I also had about 3 parking tickets. Dont know exact dates.

Any thoughts on my British citizenship Application ??
