Also bank statements need to be stamped and corelate to your recent payslip i.e. the money shown in your payslip is actually credited in your bank account (if applying mid-jan, go for december payslip)
One data point from me: when we visited UKVCAS the person doing the submission was adamant we could not submit any docs not asked for - any if we wanted to, it would be minimal. Examples: forced to remove all supplementary pages of utility bills, bank statements, and amount of correspondence (needed for spouse visa) to the minimum requirement.sohailghani wrote: ↑Thu Jan 03, 2019 10:28 ambadhodor,
5th Year P60 will be issue in april 2019. thats why I am giving only 4 years but according to ILR guideline there is not mention to provide any P60.
My experience was on the contrary, my center asked me if I wanted to upload anything else (atleast 3 times) I said, I have uploaded everything on the list and the agent said yes they have checked everything on the list is there but if I wanted to upload anything else they were quite eager to upload more stuff in my case. I kept it minimal though and had uploaded everything already.prejay wrote: ↑Thu Jan 03, 2019 10:30 amOne data point from me: when we visited UKVCAS the person doing the submission was adamant we could not submit any docs not asked for - any if we wanted to, it would be minimal. You may or may not have the same experience - where you'll have to argue quite hard to submit things they don't ask for.

The docs I provided-
1. 3 months bank statement (stamped every page by bank)
2. 3 Months payslips (stamped by the Payroll)
3. 5 years P60
4. Life in the UK Pass
5. Master's degree
6. Passport scanned (all pages blank and stamped, old and new)
7. Letters from employers (both new and old) (with absences from new, old one only wrote no unpaid leave during employment)
8. List of all the times i left UK (it was less than 100 days but lot of 1-2 day trips so had to attach a separate file)
9. BRP (scanned)
10. Marriage Certificate (as married to an EU spouse 2 months ago).
11. Signed consent forms.
That is all I gave them
I think it varies completely by the person making the submission. My only hope is they're on the hook if I complain and specifically point out it was the UKVCAS person that hindered our application. (Needless to say - I am going to be fuming if our application is delayed / has issues due to that experience.)badhodor wrote: ↑Thu Jan 03, 2019 10:38 amMy experience was on the contrary, my center asked me if I wanted to upload anything else (atleast 3 times) I said, I have uploaded everything on the list and the agent said yes they have checked everything on the list is there but if I wanted to upload anything else they were quite eager to upload more stuff in my case. alokpanda123 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 03, 2019 11:04 amThis has been an amazing informative forum. We have an appointment at Croydon on 11/01 to apply as a family for Set (O) in Tier 2, 5 years route. I have a son , aged 7 years - is he also needed to attend in person for the biometrics?

I'm still here too, waiting since the 28th Nov!saimajaan wrote: ↑Wed Jan 02, 2019 9:40 pmcongrats I think I'm stuck most of the delayed ones r done with it except meSidG wrote: ↑Wed Jan 02, 2019 5:55 pmHi Vibe
My current employer has given job continuity letter and yes that's signed by head HR.
vibe123 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 02, 2019 3:01 pmHey sidg congrats on your approval. Can you please tell me what company delivered your letter and was it signed for ?SidG wrote: ↑Wed Jan 02, 2019 1:58 pmHi Folks,
Got my approval letter today from home office. Such a relief this is!
For benefits of others my case is as follows:
Paid for super priority appointment: 16Dec
Attended appointment at Manchester library : 22Dec
Decision made by UKVI: 24Dec(within 24hrs)
Approval letter received by post: 2Jan (within 5working days) with NO confirmation Email.
Mine was ILR application- Set O Tier 2 (General) after 5years of sponsorship with 2 different companies (changed employer in-between so have 2 COS)
Other info: As I've haven't received any email about the decision and my online application was not freezed after appointment - I was linking this to the delay. Called up Sopra call centre this morning (after holding line for 78mins) and they have confirmed that despite the fact that documents are not freezed they have forwarded my case to home office on 22Dec itself after biometrics appointment. Documents which has been uploaded/available till the date of biometrics is being send to UKVI and after that addition/deletion of docs have Zero impact on the case.
I sincerely wish all others you are waiting should get thier affirmative decision soon.
Let me know if anybody has any other questions!!!
This forum is such a support to me, thank you all.

I attended my biometrics appointment on 26th Nov and had not received any communications. I have called the HO for 4th time and I was told to e-mail send an e-mail to the following address:
applyonlineE-support@homeoffice.gov.uk
Has anyone less been told the same? During my last escalation on 20th Dec I was told my only option was to write a complaint which I did. I am now being told to send an e-mail to this new address. Total mess and utter confusion.
I am afraid the lawyers are correct as I’m almost a copy and paste of your situation: appointment @ Croydon on 17/12 via 3rd party company and have not heard anything back thus far. :/brittobe2020 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 03, 2019 9:38 amJust want to add my case here to keep myself sane and hopefully help others during this awful wait!
SET(O) ILR from Tier 2 general, super priority
Submitted online app: 3 Dec (used solicitors)
Biometrics appointment @ Croydon: 17 Dec
No communication at all so far. The lawyers told me they have a number of other clients in the same situation.
Hi momozz, momozz wrote: ↑Thu Jan 03, 2019 11:40 amHi guys! Another day waiting in pain!
So I sent out a complaint yesterday and I also called my local mp's office, a nice gentleman picked up the call and booked me with a caseworker today. So I just went to meet the caseworker. He told me that super prioty services in UKVI's definition - which they don't tell the public:
Pay the extra 600, and you will get a instant decision, UNLESS they think there is a difficulty (God knows what, might be UKVI's own error), then your case get put back into the 6 month pile..and then you are stuck..
He also agrees that this department is the most inefficient one amongst all...He said he will help me on finding out where my case is ect.. so fingers crossed! At least someone is doing something..I'm pretty hopeless now and kinda give up on dreaming about my February holiday.
How can you get bank statements stamped? I heard some banks in the UK doesn't do that at all..?badhodor wrote: ↑Thu Jan 03, 2019 10:21 amwhy not 5 Year P60?sohailghani wrote: ↑Thu Jan 03, 2019 10:06 amHi,

"The lawyers told me they have a number of other clients in the same situation" - that shouldn't stop you or your lawyer from escalating your case as you have paid for some services and you didn't get anything on time..brittobe2020 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 03, 2019 9:38 amJust want to add my case here to keep myself sane and hopefully help others during this awful wait!

Biometrics appointment @ Croydon: 17 Dec

Hey, Thanks for the list. I called the UKVI contact centre today and same old narrative as earlier. They can’t do anything else and escalated it again. It’s been marked urgent and my father’s death certificate has been sent (by MP) and escalated on special grounds as well.oldmankensey wrote: ↑Thu Jan 03, 2019 10:55 amHere is version 3 of the big list. I actually didn't make that many changes to it, maybe 10-12 alterations since Dec 27th!
Number still waiting per calendar week:
Nov 12-18 - 1 waiting out of 1
Nov 19-25 - 1 waiting out of 4
Nov 26-Dec 2 - 13 waiting out of 22
Dec 3-9 - 7 waiting out of 18
Dec 10-16 - 7 waiting out of 15
Dec 17-23 - 6 waiting out of 15
Dec 24-30 - 3 waiting out of 9
total: 38 waiting out of 84, that's 45%!
That Nov 26 to Dec 2 week (which I'm in!) seems to have been the worst week of all and the majority are still waiting.
