Incorrect Tier 2 dependent application

Hi,

I have started the Tier 2 dependent application and done the IHS payment. I have not done the payment for application but noticed that I have answered one question incorrectly.

The application now is in Read Only mode after IHS payment and does not allow me to modify the answers.

Now my question is, Can I ignore this application and create a new application but use the IHS number generated in the above applciaiton?

Please let me know if my assumption is correct.

The question which is answered incorrectly is

"Do you currently have a valid visa or leave to Yes remain as a dependant of a points-based system (PBS) migrant? "

I have answered it as No, but I am in UK currently with valid ICT visa.

Do you hold An ICT main visa holder or an ICT dependent visa holder??

Unclear from your post who is applying and who is the main visa holder and what category of tier 2 and tier 2 dependent.

Unclear from your post who is applying and who is the main visa holder and what category of tier 2 and tier 2 dependent.

At present I am ICT main applicant visa holder trying to switch to Tier 2G dependent.

Now I have created 1 application for my son and myself to switch from ICT to Tier 2 dependent.

So read the question again and note it specifically asks if you hold a current pbs dependent visa, which you clearly don't.

Thanks a lot for the response but have one more doubt

As my application consitst 2 applicants

1. Myself who is currently ICT main applicant and switching to T2G dependent - I have answered as No
2. My son who is currently ICT depedent and and switching to T2G dependent - I have answered as Yes.

Now because I have answered Yes for one of the applicant, it is still a incorrect application
