HELP--I need to amend a question in my online form and submit an additional document

I hope you can help with advice.

I submitted my online ILR SET (O)form last week.

I mistakenly answered No to this question in my online form and just spotted it: Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth? Of course the answer should have been yes, and it is clearly a mistake as the rest of the form consistently refers to life/family etc outside of the UK. I want to change my response. Can anyone tell me how I can do that? Even if it is to send the acknowledgement of the mistake in writing.

I would also like to add bank slips, a utility bill and my work contract to my submission, even though these were not in the list of required documents, I would feel better if they were part of the submission. Can anyone tell me where to send these additional documents to? I have searched online and cannot find the correct address.

You cannot change the online form once submitted.

What is your current visa route??

Hi there,

The application is as a domestic worker in a private household and I first applied for my domestic worker visa before 5 April 2012. I have have been living in the UK legally since 16 June 2012. So the category is Other purposes or reasons not covered by other application forms Set O.

While I understand I can't modify my online form, I would like to send a letter acknowledging my mistake. I submitted all the documents that were on my list, but that didn't include documents on the old form like the contract, bills etc. Though I have the letter from my employer stating my employment is still required and and ongoing indefinitely.

I am looking for the correct address to send this to so that these will be considered by the reviewing officer.

You cant really change the form submitted as already stated by CR001. I think you can write a cover letter mentioning the changes you want and attach the documents and post. Now where to post? I am not sure which address with the new system. But that would be the safest bet I suppose.
