Hi There
I have few a question regarding PBS Dependent visa application. My wife visa is due to expire in May 2019 and she needs just 1.5 years to qualify for 5 year route ILR.
Is there a restriction on the timing of the visa application? In some cases you have to apply within 3 months only, can I apply it before 3 months so that I can go in holiday in June?
Apart from maintenance requirements, are there any other requirements?
Kind Regards

1. She will apply for a 3 year extension. You can't apply for less visa validity.
2. She can apply at any time.
3. £630 for 90 days maintenance funds.
Note also that IHS fee is doubling on 8th January 2019.

Just to confirm, English Language is not required for PBS Dependent?

Hello There
One last question. For PBS Dependent visa, do I have to submit any employment documents to prove sufficient earning to support a dependent? Unfortunately I don't have a latest employment contract but I can ask HR to issue me an employment certificate with current title and salary. And can also submit payslips, P60 and bank statement.
Thanks in advance.

No. You need to follow the documents asked for in the online process. Presumably you hold ILR???

Yes I hold ILR.
I thought there was a requirement of minimum salary of £19000 or £21000 (approx) in order to sponsor a dependent and I might have to submit my employment details.
Thanks

There is no financial requirement for a PBS dependent visa.
You are confusing this requirement which is for a spouse settlement visa.
