PBS Dependent to Tier-2 General Main Applicant with previous ICT

I was on Tier-2 ICT from May 2017 till May 2018 and Then my wife got a job which sponsored her and she moved to Tier-2 General and hence I moved to Tier-2 Dependant. Am I eligible to get Tier-2 General with sponsorship? Does cool off still applicable even if I am moved to PBS dependent.

What date was your dependent visa granted in 2018??

The cooling off period does still apply and you have to wait 12 months from date your dependent visa was issued before you can apply from home country for tier 2 General if you can get an RCoS and meet all the requirements.
