ILR Via combination of T1 Enterprenuer to T2 General permit

Wish you Happy new year , I have followed Immigration threads for a long time and are very much useful for UK visa applications.

My situation : Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa's initial 3 years ended in Jan'2017.

Applied for T2 General ( under shortage of occupation) in Jan' 2017 and granted until Jan 2020.

Question: Am I eligible for applying ILR now, since I have completed 5 years qualifying period in combination of T1 Enterpreneur & T2 General ?

Yes you can get ILR as time spent under Tier 1E counts under Tier 2 ILR route

Yes as Zimba said you are eligible for applying ILR. However to be successful in your ILR process, you have to prove that you have fulfilled all the necessary requirements of T1 Ent for the first 3 years.

That is not true. The UKVI can ask him to show that he did not break the conditions of his stay for example always had access to his money and never worked in capacity of an employee but no need to have fulfilled the Tier 1E requirements like job creation or even investment.

I did my investment as share capital.

• So what should I show to prove that I had access to money all time?

Also to prove not worked as an employee,

• what are the documents required?

You are NOT required to prove or submit them. However you may be asked in the process.
So company accounts and contracts might be asked by the case worker

For how long do we need to show that we had access to funds for; complete 3 years while under T1 Ent. ? or just for the last few months at the end of T1 ENt. Tenure ?

All the time you held Tier 1E visa as that is one of the conditions of your stay
