Question about rules for dependents if applied for extension 9th January 2018

I have a question regarding my dependents (wife and children) in relation to the entrepreneur visa route to ilr so basically long story short I am applying for ilr due to having employed two full time workers in the Uk and I want to know whether my kids will be subject to the new rules about how many days they could be outside of the Uk and also what was the previous number of days they could be out of the Uk for
Just for your information I applied for my extension on the 9th January 2018 before the new rules came in
Please if anyone can help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated

The new rule applies to visas issued after 11th January 2018.

As far as I am aware, children don't have absence limits.

You stayed before that your visa was refused in November??

Yes the ilr application was refused but I made an extension to my entrepreneurial Visa
Can you show me the place it says children do not have absence limits in any rules ? thanks
