PBS DEPENDENT tier 2 extension NHS SURCHARGE

I Have a PBS dependent visa tier 2, expires in two months,
My spouse has a tier 2 general visa which expires on the same day.
He has now applied for ILR, yet to receive decision.
I am applying for my PBS extension currently.
When it comes to NHS surcharge payment, it's asking for an expiry date of his visa. If i enter the date on his tier 2 visa, my surcharge amount comes upto 200GBP.
I cant enter his ILR details because the decision is yet to come, and even if i do, it would ask me to pay 1200GBP.
My PBS extension is only going to be for 3 years and hence i should only have to pay 600GBP if i'm not wrong.
What best can I do here?

You need to wait till he gets ILR and then apply.

Note also that IHS has doubled from £200 to £400 yesterday, so you will have to pay £1200 IHS.
