Tier 4 to tier 2 dependent visa

Hi,

I have been in a relationship with my girlfriend for over a year. We both were on tier 4 student visa before I found am employer and switched to tier 2 visa.

My girlfriend tier 4 visa is set to expire on 19th jan. Is it possible for her to apply for tier 2 dependent visa at current?

Have you been living in a rwlriobship akin to marriage for a minimum of 2 years with rock solid evidence to show?

I might be able to show evidence for 1 year. I have tenancy agreement that happened in June 2018 to September 2018 also I could show some funds transferred to her account every month till January because she pays to the new landlord.

What else should I gather up?

To apply when you are not married, you have to show evidence of a committed relationship with shared/joint financial commitments and responsibilities, akin to marriage, for at least 2 years.
