ILR for child with spouse

Hi,

I am now a British citizen. My child was born in India when I was on ILR.
My child has Leave to Enter visa now and her visa is expiring next month.

I am applying for my wife's ILR. She is on 5 year route.
Can I apply ILR for my child as well with her.
Or do I have to apply leave to remain for my child.
Or I can directly apply for British citizenship for my child.

Any help would be very appreciated.
