Hello friends

I applied for my tier-2 general visa in Aug -2013 and visa granted till Aug -2016.

Then my visa temporary suspended due to TOEIC in the year Mar -2015.

I won appeal in Sep-2016 and Home office reinstated my visa till Dec -2016.

I applied for my extension in Dec 2016 and received home office asked more documents in Apr -2017 which sent but they refusal my application in May 2017 and stated that we didn't received any documents.

I applied for Admin review but my admin review rejected Sep -2017.

So I applied again Sep -2017 and without checking any documents my application was rejected again with the same reason as previous application with the same wording on refuse letter.

Than after I applied for admin review and received letter en of Oct -2017 that my admin review succeeded and they sent back to original case working team for reconsideration and told its take 90 days for the decision.

End of Jan -2018 Home Office compliance officer visit our office and Mar-2018 we received temporary suspend our company sponsor licence letter and asked more documents. We provide required documents and company sponsor licence was reinstated on May -2018.

But till today I am not received any decision for my case.

Any one idea how long its take time to reconsider application ?

My question is below

1. If I get visa can I apply for ILR as 5 years route ? or I have to wait ?
2. When my visa was temporary suspended they clearly mention that you can not work and even refusal letter mention that you can not work so at this moment I am not on any pay roll.

1. If I get visa can I apply for ILR as 5 years route ? or I have to wait ? You have to wait until your Tier 2 granted because now you have no valid leave to remain for ILR application.


2. When my visa was temporary suspended they clearly mention that you can not work and even refusal letter mention that you can not work so at this moment I am not on any pay roll.

But have you worked since the AR rejected on SEPT 2017? As your 3C leave ended at that point and you cannot work anymore, even you have made the new application immediately.

Yes after that asked many documents list and we provide all required documents and now inviting me for an interview.
