SET(LR) Online Form Questions

Hi All,

I am new to this forum,I will really appreciate if any senior members of this forum can advise on the following online form filling queries.
Currently i am on Tier 1 Entrepreneur and i would like to apply for ILR based on 10 years.

1) My wife is PBS dependent and came to uk by the end of December 2016 and in the online form documents checklist it says:
Evidence you have to prove the relationship (for example marriage certificates), and correspondence addressed either to you jointly, or in both of your names, or addressed individually to you at the same address, to cover the last two years.
My wife don’t have any utility bills and bank account on her name (due to delay in my Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa extension)
Is it a mandatory document to submit my wife address proof for my SET (LR) Application?

Do you realise your wife will have to change visas to FLR(M) and meeting minimum income and English requirement if you apply for ILR based on 10 years long residence?? Her clock for ILR will also be reset to zero and a new 5 year (2 x 2.5 year visas) route before she can apply for ILR. Her time spent on PBS Dependent visa will not count.

Why not apply for ILR based on Tier 1??

YES I am aware all points you were mentioned.

I have to wait another 6 months time to go on Tier 1 route.

I am already qualified for ILR 10 Years(Long Residence) route,so I would like to switch.
