Sopra Steria uploading documents

Hi,
Anyone who has recently booked an apoinent with Sopra Steria know if the documents need to be uploaded on their website before attending the appointment or can you take the documents along with you to the appointment so they can upload it?

Hi,
Just wondering if someone can help me. I am in the process of applying for citizenship. I wanted to know at what stage it is that I need to submit in my previous country’s passport? Or is that only later when applying for a British passport?

If you apply online and and post your application yourself, you have to send your original passport.

If you apply online and use the new UKCVAS service, you upload a copy and get to keep your originals.

Later for passport application, you have to submit your original passport again.
