Reverting visa change

My husband and I were on Tier 2 ICT Long Term visas, with different companies. My Husband has moved from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 ICT dependent (under my ICT T2 visa). It's done only 4 days ago.

Now I got to know that my project may end in April. As I now if I go back to India,My husband also needs to leave uk (Please correct me if I am wrong). In that scenario can you help me in below points please..

1. Can my husband convert his visa back to ICT T2 to stay in UK and continue his job
2. Is there any other way which allows my husband to stay in UK and continue his job

1. No, his previous visa is cancelled now.

2. Tier 2 general if his salary is above £159,600pa and he is not going to work for his ICT sponsor.
