I came to the country with my mum 1991. I am British now.

Got married Somalia. Children's mother from Somalia passed away. Have 2 kids an they stuck there. What can I do?

Apply for a child settlement visa on form VAF4A and Appendix 1.

How old are the children??

Are you named on their birth certificates issued shortly after birth?

I am on the birth certificate an they 3&6 years old.

Would I need to meet alot of criteria.
