Dear Madam / Sir,

I am applying for British citizenship for my wife and daughter both have ILR; wife since 2010 and daughter since 2013. My daughter born in India. could you please clarify the below points
1. Is it required two separate applications - AN for Wife and MN1 for Daughter
if yes, which category will they fall in AN and MN1.
2. Please give me the list of the required documents to support the applications.

Thanks in advance

1. Yes - Adult = AN - Child = MN
2. Review the requirements and guidance booklets: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... en-form-an

Thanks for the reply,
another query - what category should i choose for MN1 (child born outside UK with ILR) and AN application (old ILR).
My wife have old ILR (no BRP), so do i have to apply for BRP first or shall i apply directly to UK citizenship.

Thanks and Regards
Sri

Section 3(1) of the Nationality Act for the child. Section 6(2) for your spouse if you are British.
My wife have old ILR (no BRP), so do i have to apply for BRP first or shall i apply directly to UK citizenship.
No need for a BRP card.
Char (CR001 not Casa)

British Citizenship for my wife

Post by srivas876 » Mon Apr 08, 2019 9:55 am

Dear Madam / Sir,

I filled up my wife's application AN form and ready to post but could find postal address to where to send. Is it mandatory to send by online?

If it can be submitted by post, please provide me the postal address.

Thanks and Regards,
Srivas

UKVI are clearly promoting online submissions - one advantage is that you keep all your originals, rather than post them and having to wait for return, which can take months. As far as I know postal applications are still processed, this is the address that used to be on the paper application:
Department 1
UKVI
The Capital
New Hall Place
Liverpool
L3 9PP
