Tier2 ICT Main to Tier2 General Dependent from India

Hello,
I am currently working on Tier2 ICT visa in UK and my spouse who is working as Dependent found a sponsor for Tier 2 General visa. I have gone through few threads on this forum and many of my queries are answered however I have some queries as below.

1. Is it mandatory for Me (Tier2 ICT Main applicant) to apply for Tier2 General dependent visa ONLY after my spouse's Tier2 general application is approved or Can it be done at the same time ?

2. I understand that I can switch to PBS dependent visa within UK but I am travelling to India with my spouse for her Tier2 General visa processing . Can I also apply along with her from India for PBS dependent ?

3. For Point 03, No cooling off period will be applicable as my switching from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General dependent whether I apply within UK or Outside UK ?

1. Yes if you are switching within the UK. If you both apply from home country you can apply together.

2. Yes.

3. There is NO cooling off period for ICT migrants applying for PBS dependent visa!!!

Thanks CR001 for the the quick reply, Really appreciated. Just to conclude and one more query.

1. If I want to switch from Tier2 ICT to Tier2 General dependent in UK , I need to wait till my spouse'e Tier 2 General visa is approved and ONLY then I can apply within UK ?

2. If me and my spouse travel to India together then My spouse can apply for Tier2 General visa along with me as Dependent and It can be done together ?

3. Out of above 02 options, which one is preferred ? Do you see any issue with 02nd approach.

Yes and yes.

3. Your choice which you do. No difference really, it is your choice. Ote that once you get the dependent visa, your ICT visa will be cancelled.

Your ICT visa will.not be cancelled automatically. You need to inform your emoloyer who will contact homeoffice for the same.
