URGENT!!! 2 non salaried jobs, category a or b application spouse visa

Post by mob86 » Thu Jan 31, 2019 10:25 pm

Hello,

My apologies if this was covered previously, I only found this topic going back to april 18, I would like a more upto date answer please.

I am in the process of submitting my wife's spouse visa application for her to come and join me in the U.K.

- I currently hold 2 job of which both are non salaried.
- I have held both jobs for over 6 months.
- In the last six month's my combined gross income is £11,870.

Job 1 is a hourly rate £7.83 p/h 14hours minimum permanent contract.
Job 2 daily rate £200, minimum 1day per month permanent contract.

I understand I am over the threshold according to Appendix FM non salaried income calculation method:
£11870/Divided by 6 =£1973.33 Multiplied by 12 = £23,740

So my question is:
1. Can I apply under category A?
2. How do I apply with two jobs on Appendix FM online?

If any one can provide some further advise and guide it will be greatly appreciated!

It should be category A non-salaried person.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
