Received query on ILR application regarding dependents

Hi,
I applied ILR just for myself choosing Super priority category yesterday and today I received the following email from case worker

Before we can process the application, as part of our Duty of Care towards children in instances where dependent children are present on previous applications but absent on the current application, we are required to request further information. We can see from our records that XXXX XXXX and YYYYY were last granted Tier 2 Dependant Child joining Relatives Leave to Remain until ZZ/ZZ/ZZZZ.

Are the children currently residing with you and if so can you confirm the address where they are living and are you intending to make a dependent child joining application for your children?


I could not understand the 2nd part of the question clearly, was he trying to ask if made a dependent application too along with mine (which is not the case).

I confimed that the 2nd question they asked is that if had submitted dependent application too. I responded NO to that.

In just 1 hour after my response to them I received an email saying that my ILR was granted .

This has been asked and answered many times. All you needed to say is that you were registering the UK born child as British once your ILR is approved.
