Eligible to apply for ILR ?

Post by kp1983 » Fri Feb 01, 2019 12:28 pm

Dear All
My wife has been living with me in the UK since March 2014, on a TIER 2 dependant visa. She stayed in India from November 2017-July 2018 for the delivery of our first child. My wife and son had their TIER 2 dependant visa extended in November 2018. Are they eligible to apply for ILR in March 2019, given that my wife's 6+ months absence was on a visa granted before Jan 2018 ? I was granted ILR in Nov 2017. Please advise.
