Please help me. I came in uk as a visitor in 2007. After 6 month my visa was expired.

I got married in 2011 and apply for EX -1. I got visa in 2013. Then i got first extension in 2017. Now i have problem started with my wife . She lose her temper very quick .She kick me out from her house. She physically asult me and call police then police came and see bleeding in my face then police took her. She came out after 18 hours.

Now i want to apply as a Domestic violence.

My question :
Domestic violence visa is only for spose visa or for any one. ( As i got visa as a EX -1. 10 years rout)

I dont have any baby.

Can i apply as a victim of domestic violence?

Presumably you are on the FLR(FP) 10 year partner route and not spouse visa under Appendix FM route??

Yes issue is domestic violence. She physically asult me. Always gave mental stress. I pay all her expense still she gave me pain.

( i have police report and medical report as a proof of victim)
