Hi,

I wonder if you gurus can help me. My wife was granted tier 1 entrepreneur dependent visa on 1 feb 2014. She entered the country on the 14 feb 2014. She was with me till the 1st November 2015 and went back to india as she was on her maternity leave.

We decided it would be financially better for her to stay there till I was granted my extension visa which I was granted in August 2016. She then again applied for her entrepreneur dependent visa from india and was granted in jan 2017. She then joined me back in feb 2017 with my child.

I have been recently granted my ILR. I wonder if she is eligible to apply for her’s?

Thank you

If she applied more than 28 days after her visa expiring, I understand her clock might have reset to zero. Extension are only applicable for applications within the UK. She applied for a new entry clearance visa.

Wait for others to comment.
