Need suggession and Help for ILR from T1Entrepreneur Visa

Hi,
I will be eligible for 10 long residency by 23rd Jan 2019. I want make an application myself only, so I need to apply for Subject Accessory Request. Does any one has idea how to apply for it. This helps a lot in my application.

Hi Experts,

Currently I am on Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension and I am eligible for ILR through T1E route on Aug 2019.

but by this 22nd Feb 2019 I am eligible for ILR through 10yrs Long Residence (*query) I came to uk on 24th February 2009.

My Visa Status:

On 22nd Feb 2009 to 30th Sept 2010 student visa from Home country
(30th sept 2010 to 22nd Oct 2010 Tier 4 application under process)

On 22nd October 2010 to 17th May 2011 Tier 4 (General) student in UK
(17th May 2011 to 04th July 2011 PSW application under process)

On 04th July 2011 to 4th July 2013 PSW(post study work)

On 24th June 2013 I made combined application for T1E but it was rejected on the 18th July 2013 then I appealed on 2nd Aug 2013. My appeal was accepted in January 2014 but the application approved on 22nd July 2014 for T1E.

22nd July 2014 to 22nd July 2017 Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa
19th Aug 2017 to 19th Aug 2019 Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa continue.

My query: Does the appeal period count under long residency which was from 18th July 2013 to 22nd July 2014?

Question: If my appeal counts shall I go for ILR through Long residency or Tier 1 Entrepreneur. Experts could you please give me your advices.

Since the application was eventually approved, the overstay period will be ignored for your ILR.

LR is easier from the documentation perspective - you can get a premium service also.

But if you have dependants, their 5 year clock gets reset if you go for ILR (LR)

I have dependent but she has come UK just 6 months back. So I am thinking to go for ILR as it is less paper work.

Please help in the following.

Just fill in the application exactly as required. If it asks for any of the information above, then provide it - otherwise don't. If HO needs additional information, they will ask.

1, most likely yes. 2 and 3 don't seem like they would be needed.

The same rejected application was eventually approved.. is it really a rejection then? Unless OP has other rejections..
